We had a ‘Round 1’ of our basement cleanout completed by KA and team today! They were in and out within 30 minutes. I was flabbergasted at how quickly they made my mess of old couches, chairs, treadmills, tires, old electronica just gone! Like magic!

Communications were spot on too!

My family just used Kerianne & her helper yesterday to clear out our brothers apartment on a 2nd floor. 90 degree heat/humidity & no a/c.

She is a workhorse and a wonderful human. The conditions and the people in the building couldn’t have been worse, but she & her helper were professional, fast, and got things done. We will hire her again in a heartbeat .

I sent her pictures of the pod I needed emptied back into my home, she sent me a quote and told me what time she and her helper would be at the house. She and Max were very fast to empty the pod, and much to my amazement, even set up some of the furniture. They were simply awesome. Kerrieanne came by with a team member, and moved my workspace from the second floor to their truck. I have a sewing workshop, so there was a lot of wood tables, machines, chairs, fabric bolts, heavy drapery hardware, heavy machinery , filing cabinets, etc… then drove 30 minutes to the new space -unloaded as instructed to a garage bay -no stairs this time! – I thought it would take 4 hours; they did it in about 2- and smiling the whole time! Can’t say enough about how great she/they are!!

We inherited a nice home in SY in 2023, but it was neglected due to illness of my in-laws, and a fixer-upper. We had Kerianne over for five separate jobs over the past year as we went through the house. Each time we contacted KA Leidy she had responded almost immediately, and gave us an estimate within our budget. The five jobs added up to a substantial amount of disposal overall. Kerianne and her assistants worked quickly, professionally and cleared out the spots needed so we could continue to go through each room while my wife went through her parents possessions. She even gave my wife a hug and expressed her condolences for her loss, knowing it was difficult for my wife. KA Leidy is a great lady, and very kind (and strong too!). Yes, hire her!!

Kerianne & her Crew moved my husband and I from E Brewster to W Brewster & even took a dump run today 1/9! They moved a three floor townhouse quickly and smartly (like rugs n pads go down first). They took apart heavy walnut bed & dresser and put it back together without missing a beat! They all have great can do attitudes. Kerianne is phenomenal! She did a terrific job cleaning out an entire house we had sold, attic to basement and everything in between. Was there when she told us she would be and worked without stopping, 2 truckloads in less than 3 hours. Very impressed and would highly recommend her services.

Part Deux:

Part One was about two weeks ago, after Kerianne (and Max) did a superb job organizing storage and space in my condo’s small basement/storage area. So good, in fact, I asked Kerianne to come back and turn the other half of my personality-free tiny basement into a granddaughter friendly space. Unreal what happened today. She and Tim rolled in, she asked me to leave them be so she could do the “big reveal” when they were done. I can’t describe what she did. It’s literally a miracle. At a fantastic value (basically the cost of a small piece of furniture!!) with her best in the world energy. I’m like 300 years old, but I’ve never encountered this combination of passion, quality, and ridiculously wonderful energy. Thanks, KL!!!

Kerianne will get the job done as promised, when promised. She went above and beyond when the door to our POD was jammed and would not open. She was there to unpack, and that stuck door was not going to be an obstacle that set our schedule back.

Sent a text last night for a mattress pick up, return text at 6:30 am this morning and right on time at 11:00. Mattress was in her truck before I could even go outside to help. Very fair price and love her personal story.

I have read so many wonderful reviews about KA Leidy that I decided to give her a call to see if she could remove a very heavy, commercial treadmill from my basement. She promptly answered my texts, adjusted her schedule to meet my availability and showed up on time with her trusty sidekick Max. They immediately got to work having to disassemble it in order to move it. This powerhouse duo got it done in record time and at a very reasonable rate. I will be calling Kerianne in the future without hesitation for future chores. She is a delight to deal with and an extremely nice person. I’m happy to add yet another positive review to this lady’s collection! She is a gem!!

I 1st used her services for part of an Estate clean out, and then for myself personally. Our garage needed serious attention! 😉 We will use her again when it’s time to tackle the attic!
